Robin Willcox, has been a certified trainer, aerobics instructor, and has managed gyms and fitness centers for two decades and brings enormous energy to the Ultimate Fitness Crew. Al Piontkowski, a former State of NY Trooper, Investigator, & Diver brings his more than 30 years of fitness & personal training experience to the Ultimate Fitness with Christie Team. Cathy Kuzminski, an experienced runner and solid personal trainer gives to clients an edge up on techniques & core training methods to enhance their workouts, as well as daily activities. |
